AFC Wimbledon v Gillingham team line-ups: McDonald starts as Nightingale ruled out
BY RICHARD CAWLEY
AFC Wimbledon manager Wally Downes makes just one change for today’s home game against Gillingham – and it is forced upon him.
Dons centre-back Will Nightingale has not recovering from a hamstring injury and his place in the side is taken by Rod McDonald.
Wimbledon are hunting a fourth straight victory in League One – and if they manage that then they could move up to 21st position.
The Dons have kept three clean sheets in a row.
AFC Wimbledon: Ramsdale, McDonald, Kalambayi, Thomas, Sibbick, Wagstaff, Hartigan, Wordsworth, Seddon, Pigott, Folivi. Subs: McDonnell, Watson, Pinnock, Connolly, Barcham, Hanson, McLoughlin.
Gillingham: Holy, O’Neill, Ehmer, Hanlan, Eaves, Burke, Fuller, Reilly, Da Silva Lopes, Byrne, Ogilvie. Subs: Hadler, Lacey, Parrett, Charles-Cook, Campbell, List, Rees.
