Bromley take up contract option on keeper and also offer new deal to former Millwall defender

Bromley have taken up options on seven of their existing squad – including National League play-off final hero Grant Smith.

The Ravens are preparing for life in League Two following their Wembley win last month.

Keeper Smith saved two spot-kicks in the shootout that determined promotion.

And Bromley have confirmed they have triggered extensions for him as well as Sam Woods, Josh Passley, Jude Arthurs, David Aziaya, Callum Corbin and Sam German.

Veteran centre-back Byron Webster scored the decisive penalty in the shootout and the former Millwall man has been offered new terms – so have Callum Reynolds, Louis Dennis, Byron Webster, Besart Topalloj and Soul Kader.

Bromley have released Cole Kpekawa, Adam Marriott, Mitchel Bergkamp, James Vennings, Marcus Sablier, Todd Miller, Rhys Wyborn, Rashid Kamara, Noah Joyce and Shyam Taank.
