Championship side Derby County close on loan deal for Crystal Palace midfielder
Crystal Palace midfielder David Ozoh is set to join Championship side Derby County on loan.
The 19-year-old is set for a medical with the Rams at the start of the week before putting pen to paper on a season-long loan deal.
There has been plenty of interest in Ozoh this summer, with recently relegated Luton Town mulling over a permanent bid for Palace’s youngest-ever Premier League debutant.
Ozoh has made 13 appearances for the Eagles at senior level and registered nine Premier League outings as a substitute last season.
Plymouth Argyle also registered an interest in signing Ozoh on loan this summer.
Derby won promotion from League One last season and will be competing in the Championship for the first time since the 2021-22 season.
