Charlton Athletic v Southend United team line-ups: Vetokele and Marshall start for Addicks
BY RICHARD CAWLEY
Mark Marshall has been handed his first start for Charlton Athletic of 2019 – as Lee Bowyer opts for the former Bradford man to help solve his striker shortage for today’s home game against Southend United.
Marshall’s last start came on December 29 – a 2-1 loss at Barnsley.
The Addicks are still without Lyle Taylor, who completes his three-match suspension. Deadline day signing Josh Parker is once again on the bench for the South Londoners.
Igor Vetokele is also in from the word go as Reeco Hackett-Fairchild drops to the bench.
Patrick Bauer is banned after his late dismissal at Fleetwood Town.
