Charlton U18s book PDL-2 play-off final spot after win over Barnsley – with goalscoring duo both netting
Charlton’s U18s sealed their spot in the Professional Development League 2 play-off final with a 5-3 triumph over Barnsley at Sparrows Lane on Saturday afternoon.

Goals from Micah Mbick, Manu Wales and Mason Hunter – plus a brace from Patrick Casey – saw the Addicks book their place in the final against PDL2-North champions Birmingham City.
Jason Pearce’s side have won the PDL-2 South title four years in a row.

Both Casey and Mbick were on 42 goals each this season before heading into the clash and both added to their tallies.
