Charlton youngster makes National League loan
Charlton youngster Daniel Kanu has joined National League side Southend United on loan.
The 18-year-old has made five appearances in all competitions for the Addicks this season and has bagged three goals.
He featured 15 times last season for the first team and recorded three goal contributions.
Southend are 21st in the National League table and are unbeaten in their last three outings in the fifth tier.
Kanu joined Charlton at U11 level and penned his first professional contract in February 2022.
