Blackheath suffered a battering at the hands of Bromley Common on Saturday – with the visitors romping to a 10-wicket victory.
The hosts won the toss and elected to bat first in The Corona Metropolitan League B Division fixture.
Rhys Saunders top-scored for Blackheath with 31 as they were bowled out for just 144 in 39.3 overs.

The only other batsmen to put any significant runs on the board were opener Rishi Roy-Mukherjee (24) and Rahi Karim (25).
James Cramp returned bowling figures of 4-20 with Alex Marsh and Leigh Walker taking two wickets each.

Bromley Common took just 19.5 overs to surpass Blackheath’s total with Toby Finzel hitting 70 off 63 balls – 12 of those fours.

Fellow opener Leigh Walker ended on 59 with seven fours struck from facing 57 deliveries.
The result leaves Blackheath bottom of the six-team table and they head to fellow strugglers OD CUACO on Saturday. They are the only clubs yet to record a victory.
