Crystal Palace ace Wan-Bissaka: Zaha goal underlined improved second-half display against West Ham

Aaron Wan-Bissaka felt Crystal Palace’s ability to come from a goal behind to draw against West Ham was evidence of an improved second-half performance on Saturday.
The Eagles trailed at the break to a Mark Noble penalty but Wilfried Zaha’s deflected late strike earned Palace a point – extending their unbeaten run to four matches in all competitions.
The defender told Palace TV: “We created lots of chances and to come back from 1-0 down, [it showed] the team performance was good.
“In the second half we were just taking opportunities [more than in the first half]. We were moving the ball forward and making [passing] options to create the chances.
“It was good for him [Zaha] to get the goal, especially coming back from suspension. He showed what he is capable of doing.”
