Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner hails perfect Premier League ‘prototype’ after win at Fulham
Oliver Glasner says Daniel Munoz is the perfect prototype for a Premier League player after his goal in Crystal Palace’s 2-0 win over Fulham on Saturday.
The Austrian boss’ side took the lead when ex-Eagles defender Joachim Andersen turned Will Hughes’ corner into his own goal when jumping for the ball with Maxence Lacroix.
Colombian defender Munoz rocketed a shot beyond Bernd Leno from a tight angle in the 66th minute to wrap up three points after Jean-Philippe Mateta broke away on the counter-attack.

Munoz has three Premier League goals to his name now this season and has just passed his year anniversary with the South Londoners since joining from Genk last winter.
“If you had to define a profile of player that fits in the Premier League, Daniel Munoz is the prototype,” said Glasner.
“He can run up and down. Up and down. Up and down. He is always ambitious and wants to improve.
“I really liked his goal because it was his 10th run over 80 yards.
“He got the pass and stopped it to look for the cross. In this situation, fortunately, he didn’t find somebody.
“That’s why he had the amazing finish. There was a similar situation in the first half and it could have been a big chance again.
“It’s all about his attitude.”
