Crystal Palace duo sign contract extensions

Crystal Palace duo Jordan Ayew and Jeffrey Schlupp have both signed contract extensions with the club.

Schlupp has made 191 appearances for the club since he joined from Leicester City in January 2017 for ÂŁ12million.

The 30-year-old, who has played in various positions for the South Londoners, has scored 16 goals and picked up 14 assists in all competitions.

Ayew, who signed initially on loan from Swansea in 2018 before it was made permanent, has made 164 appearances in all competitions for the Eagles.

The 31-year-old forward, who won the club’s Player of the Year award in the 2019-20 campaign, has scored 16 goals and bagged 12 assists for the club.

Goalkeeper Vicente Guaita also signed a contract extension in November.
