Crystal Palace forward Michael Olise picks up Players’ Player of the Season

Michael Olise has been voted as the Players’ Player of the Season by his Crystal Palace teammates.

The 21-year-old became the first-ever Palace player to record double digits for assists in an individual Premier League season.

Olise, who has 10 assists to his name, is only behind Kevin De Bruyne, Mohamed Salah and Bukayo Saka this season in the Premier League assist table.

Former Reading attacker Olise also won Moment of the Season and Goal of the Season for his late free-kick against Manchester United in January.

Olise added: “This award is special because I train with these guys every day and I work with them, so I’m grateful to them.”

France U21 international Olise has made 39 appearances in all competitions this season.
