Crystal Palace mulling over move for Manchester United’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka
Crystal Palace are weighing up whether to make a move to bring Aaron Wan-Bissaka back to SE25.
The 24-year-old Croydon-born full-back, right, could be surplus to requirements at Manchester United and has also been linked with Roma.
Palace are thought to favour a loan with an option to buy Wan-Bissaka, who they sold to United for a club record fee of £50million in 2019.
Right-back is set to be a position that the Eagles address this summer and manager Patrick Vieira dabbled with a three-man central defence and wing-backs towards the end of last season.
Wan-Bissaka is a more mobile and offensive option than Joel Ward, 32, and Nathaniel Clyne, 31.
Palace also have an interest in Bayern Munich centre-back Chris Richards, 22, but are not close to a deal.
