Crystal Palace striker set for European loan move – with multiple EFL clubs showing interest
Crystal Palace striker Ademola Ola-Adebomi is set to head out on loan to join Belgian side SK Beveren, the South London Press understands.
The 20-year-old will leave Selhurst Park on his second loan spell after having his first taste of senior football in the second half of last season with League One side Burton.
Stockport, Stevenage, Fleetwood, Wycombe and Bromley have all registered an interest in signing Ola-Adebomi this summer.
Beveren’s current forward Goduine Koyalipou, who scored 17 goals in 32 games for the second tier side in Belgium last year and won the league’s Golden Boot award, looks set for a move to England this summer.
Cardiff, Sunderland and ambitious League One side Birmingham City have all been linked with a move.
Ola-Adebomi hit three goal contributions in 14 outings as he helped the Brewers stay in the third tier.
The Lewisham-raised striker won the Premier League 2 Player of the Month award for November 2023, scoring 13 goals and picking up two assists in all competitions for Palace’s U21 side.
Beveren wanted to take Ola-Adebomi on loan last January.
