The 25-year-old penned a five-year deal with the Eagles in a deal that could reach £30million – £25m up front and £5m in add-ons.
Nketiah moved to Arsenal aged 14 from Chelsea’s youth set-up and went on to score 38 goals in 168 games for the Gunners.
“It’s amazing to sign for Crystal Palace – I’m excited to get going,” said Nketiah. “Every time I come back to South London, it always puts a smile on my face, so it’s good to be back home.”
Palace chairman Steve Parish added: “It’s brilliant to welcome Eddie, a senior England international, back to South London. We are delighted he has signed for Crystal Palace. I am confident that his energy, talent and hunger to succeed will endear him to his new team-mates and supporters alike.”
Eagles boss Glasner was also handed a reunion with Wolfsburg centre-back Maxence Lacroix.

Lacroix, who signed a five-year deal, worked under the Austrian manager during his time in charge of Wolfsburg.
Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah also arrived on a season season-long loan deal.
The 25-year-old was given permission to leave the club after being left out of the club’s pre-season tour of the United States.
The defender’s move was announced on Saturday morning but was completed in time after a deal sheet was submitted to grant an extension period.
“I’m delighted to join an ambitious club like Crystal Palace,” said Chalobah.
“I know some of the boys in the squad well and I’m looking forward to playing alongside them in front of the amazing support at Selhurst Park.”
