Crystal Palace winger Rak-Sakyi set for loan decision – with Leeds and Sheffield United in race for signature
Crystal Palace winger Jesurun Rak-Sakyi is set to head out this upcoming week – with a handful of Championship and European clubs in the mix to win his signature for the season.
Championship sides Leeds United, Sheffield United and Hull City are leading the race in the second tier.
French giants Lyon – owned by Palace majority shareholder John Textor – and Belgian side Anderlecht are also in the Rak-Sakyi race.
More than half of the Championship wanted to take the Southwark-born winger on loan for the season.
Premier League side Southampton were open to a loan deal but also wanted to buy the former Charlton Player of the Season this summer.
Palace did not want to lose the 21-year-old to a league rival.
