Crystal Palace have announced the signing of Danish international Katrine Veje from Everton making her the club’s first summer transfer as they look forward to their first appearance in the Women’s Super League.

Veje previously spent two years at Everton and made 27 appearances during her time there.

She has also represented Denmark at international level since 2009 and most recently played in their Euro 2025 qualifier campaign, securing a spot in the tournament next year.

Veje told the club website, “I’m super, super happy to join Crystal Palace. It’s a really good project and you can tell the club really want to invest in this
women’s team.

“For me, it’s important to come in and feel valuable, and I think it’s going to be a very interesting season.”

Palace will be facing Tottenham Hotspur in their first-ever WSL fixture on September 22.
