Ex-Charlton Athletic defender joins Qatari side
Former Charlton Athletic defender Naby Sarr has signed for Qatar Stars League side Al Markhiya from Reading.
Sarr, 29, has signed a two-year deal at the Doha-based side.
The former Huddersfield Town and Lyon defender signed a deal until 2026 at the Select Car Leasing Stadium last summer. However, Reading were relegated to League One after they finished 22nd in the Championship.
Sarr made 116 appearances during his time at The Valley, scoring eight goals and picking up nine assists.
