Former Charlton midfielder reportedly a target for Crystal Palace and Aston Villa
Crystal Palace and Aston Villa are being linked with a summer move for former Charlton Athletic midfielder Joe Aribo.
The Camberwell-born player only has one more season to run on his Rangers contract.
Aribo played under Villa manager Steven Gerrard when the Ibrox outfit won the Scottish title.
And The Sun are reporting that the Midlands giants and Palace are both keen on the box-to-box performer.
They claim that Rangers could sell for less than £10million due to his contractual situation.
Aribo ran down his contract with the Addicks to sign for the Glasgow club in the summer of 2019, but not before helping the South Londoners win promotion to the Championship via the League One play-offs.
The fact he moved cross-border ensured that Charlton received minimal compensation.
Rangers are in the Europa League final and face Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday.
