Former Millwall and Wimbledon forward lands short-term League Two move
Carlisle United have signed former AFC Wimbledon and Millwall forward Tyler Burey on a short-term contract until January.
The League Two side are bottom of the table after last week’s 4-0 defeat at Wimbledon.
The 23-year-old started his career with the Dons before being sold to Millwall at 19.
Burey made 53 appearances before leaving Millwall on a permanent transfer to join Danish side Odense.
He joined Oxford on loan in January but only featured five times.
Carlisle boss Mike Williamson told the club website: “We’re pleased to have Tyler in with us.
“He’s an exciting player with pace and he feels as though he’s got something to prove.
“He’s been in training with us for a while so he’s ready to go straight into the squad.”
