Former Millwall chief scout Terry Bullivant is Sutton United’s new director of football
Former Millwall chief scout Terry Bullivant has been appointed Sutton United’s director of football.
Bullivant left his role at the Championship side a couple of months ago.
Sutton are preparing for their first ever campaign in League Two after winning the National League title.
Bullivant will also oversee the club’s academy set-up and act as an advisor to manager Matt Gray and assistant Jason Goodliffe, who had a spell playing for AFC Wimbledon.
Bullivant told Sutton United’s official website: ”I’m really impressed with Sutton and how we’ve become a Football League club, and I’m looking forward to working with Matt again, helping to establish us in the EFL and to develop all aspects of the football operation at the club to continue the progress that’s been made on and off the pitch.”
Gray added: ”I’ve worked with Terry at Aldershot and Millwall, and I’m really pleased to have him at the club as we embark on our EFL career. His huge knowledge and experience of the game will be invaluable to myself and Jason, and he will provide a crucial link between the academy and youth teams and the senior squad.”
