Four Charlton Athletic involvements in League One’s Team of the Week

There are four Charlton Athletic involvements named in WhoScored’s League One Team of the Week.

The Addicks beat Reading 4-0 at The Valley on Saturday afternoon, with Chucks Aneke, Tyreece Campbell, Alfie May and Miles Leaburn all getting on the scoresheet.

Charlton’s convincing win has seen Alfie May, Tyreece Campbell, Coret Blackett-Taylor and boss Michael Appleton be named in the EFL League One Team of the Week, powered by WhoScored.

Summer signing May recorded an 8.3 rating, taking two shots, completing three tackles and recording a successful pass rate of 91 per cent.

Blackett-Taylor picked up an 8.6 rating after the winger recorded a hat-trick of assists. The 26-year-old also completed three dibbles and had two shots.

Campbell, who replaced Slobodan Tedi at half-time, came on and bagged his goal in second-half added time. He completed two dribbles and also recorded an assist during his appearance.

Michael Appleton was also named the boss of the week, with the South Londoners moving up to 10th in the League One table.
