Fulham defender linked with Liverpool switch

Fulham defender Kenny Tete has been linked with a move to Liverpool.

The Dutch defender has 12 months left to go on his contract and is yet to agree an extension with the west Londoners.

The Sun are reporting that the Reds are leading a three-club chase for the 27-year-old. An unrevealed club in Spain are also reportedly keen on the former Ajax youngster.

Tete joined Fulham in 2020 from Lyon and has made 80 appearances at Craven Cottage. Fulham brought in Cedric Soares from Arsenal on loan in January, but Tete kept his spot in Marco Silva’s starting line-up and made 31 appearances in the Premier League.

The right-back has made 14 appearances for the Dutch national side.
