‘Full of respect’ – Leeds boss Daniel Farke previews Millwall clash
Leeds head coach Daniel Farke has said that he is “full of respect” for Gary Rowett ahead of Sunday’s clash at Millwall.
The Lions will take on Leeds for the first time since January 2020, with the South Londoners falling to a 3-2 defeat at Elland Road.
Millwall are 13th and have one more point than Leeds heading into tomorrow’s Championship fixture.
The game has been moved for live TV coverage.
“Each and every game at the Championship is unbelievably important,” said the former Norwich manager.
“It’s always about three points and there is always a chance to improve your situation – to gain more momentum.
“I’m full of respect for the work from Gary Rowett – he’s an unbelievably experienced coach at this level.
“His side plays with lots of spirit and aggressiveness – they are always well structured.
“With four points from their last two games, we’re really respectful.
“The Den is a tough place to go, but when we’re at our best, we have a chance to win points wherever we go.”
