Jordan Archer comes in for special praise after outstanding double save for Millwall against Bolton Wanderers

Jordan Archer looks set to keep his place in goal after Millwall boss Neil Harris piled praise on the goalkeeper following today’s 1-1 draw with Bolton Wanderers.
The shotstopper started for the first time since the end of August with Ben Amos unable to face his parent club.
And Archer did himself no harm of holding on to the number one spot with a superb double save in the first half as well as another important stop soon after the restart.
“Jordan was excellent today,” said Harris. “It has been a difficult period, not being in the team. He has trained excellently for a period of time and has been waiting patiently.
“He came in by default with Ben unavailable.
“His double save in the first half is as good as you are going to see at a crucial time. He also makes a good save low down when Bolton get in our box [late on].”
Asked if Archer would start against Birmingham on Wednesday, Harris replied: “As always I will take stock and watch it [the game] back. I’ll sit with my coaches and decide on selection for Wednesday.”
