League One loan interest in Crystal Palace midfielder

A side in League One are interested in taking Crystal Palace U21 captain Jack Wells-Morrison on loan, the South London Press understands.

Wells-Morrison was nominated for the Premier League 2 Player of the Season award after the midfielder scored six goals and picked up four assists in all competitions last season.

He was named on the bench by Patrick Vieira in the 2-0 win at Oxford in the second round of the EFL Cup. 

Wells-Morrison also featured in matchday squads against Newcastle and Southampton in the Premier League last season.

The 19-year-old, who has been capped several times by England at U18 level, has a year to go on his deal at Selhurst Park.
