Middlesbrough boss takes time to praise Millwall’s players for Riverside display

Middlesbrough manager Tony Pulis made sure to praise Millwall’s players for their display in Saturday’s 1-1 draw at the Riverside Stadium.
The Lions were leading until Jordan Hugill’s late penalty.
And Pulis – without prompting in his post-match press debriefing – broke off to talk about the South London outfit.
He said: “Millwall were very, very resilient. They have got a group of players who work very hard for the manager [Neil Harris] and coach [David Livermore] there.
“They are two stalwart Millwall people. They know what they are and they really put a shift in for them.
“They were good and resilient, the manager should be proud of them.”
