Middlesbrough sellout their Den allocation – as big crowd expected for Millwall match

Middlesbrough have sold out their away allocation for Saturday’s Championship match at Millwall.

The Lions have muscled their way into the play-off equation after five straight league victories.

And they can move a major step closer to cracking the top six if they can extend their winning run at Blackburn Rovers tomorrow night.

Middlesbrough are in the sixth and final play-off place and won 2-1 at home against Luton Town at the weekend. They confirmed today that their allocation of 1,978 tickets for the fixture at The Den had been snapped up.

Chris Wilder’s side are also in action in midweek as they head to Sheffield United. Millwall can move level on points with Boro if results work in their favour.

The Teessiders have three successive away matches, with Birmingham City following their trip to South London.
