Millwall defender to spend next season on loan at St Johnstone
Millwall defender Hayden Muller is joining St Johnstone on a season-long loan.
The Croydon-born defender has just signed a new contract with the Lions and will now head to Scotland for the 2021-22 campaign.
Muller will link up with St Johnstone boss Callum Davidson, who spent eight months as Millwall’s assistant manager.
The defender, who has been with Millwall since U13 level, made his Championship debut against Huddersfield Town in the last game of the 2019-20 season before featuring against Watford and Bristol City towards the back end of last season.
The 19-year-old will follow in the footsteps of Danny McNamara and James Brown, who both spent time on loan at St Johnstone last season.
McNamara made 21 appearances for the Saints before being recalled by Gary Rowett in January.
