Millwall forward nominated for Championship Player of the Month for February
Millwall forward Tom Bradshaw has been nominated for Championship Player of the Month for February.
The 30-year-old – capped three times by Wales at international level – bagged five goals last month for the Lions.
He scored a hat-trick, his second of the season, in the 3-2 win against automatic promotion hopefuls Sheffield United and scored in the draws against Luton and Burnley.
Bradshaw, who has made 151 appearances at The Den and scored 37 goals in all competitions, was also nominated for the award in January.
He is up against Middlesbrough forward Chuba Akpom, who also scored five for Michael Carrick’s promotion candidates.
Burnley defender Hjalmar Ekdal has also been shortlisted for the award after he recorded he scored against Norwich on his debut.
The final nominee is Coventry City defender Kyle McFadzean. The 36-year-old helped Mark Robins’ side keep three clean sheets last month.
The winner will be announced on Friday morning.
The judging panel for the Sky Bet Player of the Month comprises Sky Sports’ EFL expert Don Goodman, EFL Chief Executive Trevor Birch and Sky Bet EFL trader Ivor Davies.
