Millwall secure striker on fresh terms

Striker Isaac Olaofe has signed a new contract with Millwall.

The 22-year-old, from Lewisham, had been due to be a free agent next summer. The South London club have not revealed the length of Olaofe’s new terms.

He played 85 minutes for the Lions in their EFL Cup reverse to Cambridge United and has clocked up 11 minutes in the Championship.

Olaofe has had three loan spells with Sutton United and his goals were critical to them winning promotion from the National League in 2021.

He also had a short stint with St Johnstone.

Olaofe is facing a tough battle for game time in SE16 with Millwall recently adding Andreas Voglsammer to their frontline options. The Millwall academy product is also competing with the likes of Benik Afobe, Zian Flemming, Mason Bennett, Tyler Burey and Tom Bradshaw for an attacking role.
