Millwall v Sheffield United team line-ups: Five changes for Lions

BY RICHARD CAWLEY

Millwall manager Gary Rowett has made five changes for today’s FA Cup fourth round tie against Sheffield United.

The Lions are in action at Leeds United on Tuesday and the Lions chief clearly has one eye on that crunch Championship clash.

Two youngsters get their chance to shine with right-back James Brown and midfielder Billy Mitchell both starting.

Other changes see Alex Pearce, Connor Mahoney and Aiden O’Brien start.

Ryan Woods is cup-tied but Mahlon Romeo, Shaun Hutchinson, Jed Wallace and Tom Bradshaw drop to the bench.

Millwall are still missing Ryan Leonard (knee) and Ben Thompson (ankle). Ryan Sandford is the back-up keeper after Frank Fielding suffered an arm injury in training which is likely to rule him out for a sustained period of time.

Shaun Williams serves the second of a three-match suspension for his dismissal at Stoke City.

Sheffield United also make five changes with Luke Freeman, Callum Robinson, Phil Jagielka, Kieron Freeman and Ben Osborn coming in.

Millwall: Bialkowski, Woods, Cooper, Pearce, M Wallace, Mahoney, Molumby, Mitchell, Ferguson, Smith, O’Brien. Subs: Sandford, Hutchinson, J Wallace, Bradshaw, Romeo, Bodvarsson, Skalak.

Sheffield United: Henderson, O’Connell, Basham, Freedman, Sharp, Robinson, Jagielka, Norwood, Freeman, Osborn, Besic. Subs: Verrips, Lundstram, McBurnie, Egan, Morrison, Robinson, Clarke.
