Oliver Glasner provides Crystal Palace injury news ahead of Fulham: Key attacker will face late fitness call

BY DIANA MORAIS

Eberechi Eze will face a late fitness call due to a problem with his knee ahead of Crystal Palace’s clash at Fulham.

The 25-year-old has started the last eight games under Glasner and has picked up three goal involvements in his last three outings.

Eze has eight goals and three assists to his name this season.

Palace secured their Premier League status for a 12th consecutive season following Wednesday night’s 2-0 win over Newcastle.

“Eberechi Eze is questionable for tomorrow – he has a problem with his knee,” Glasner said in his pre-match press conference. “We will decide tomorrow if it makes sense that he plays.

“Everyone else is fit – nobody new is back but just this one [new issue]. It was a match injury, we didn’t really train for two days now, we were just doing recovery.

“He was knocked down many times in the [Newcastle] game so we will see.”

Glasner also confirmed that Michael Olise is fit to start the game after being benched due to just coming back from injury for Wednesday night.
