Peterborough United v Charlton Athletic team news: Karlan Grant starts amidst transfer speculation
Karlan Grant starts as Charlton travel to Peterborough United this afternoon.
The Addicks academy graduate, 21, has been linked with a January transfer window move to Huddersfield Town. The London-born marksman has bagged fourteen league goals for Lee Bowyer’s side already this season but his Addicks contract is up at the end of this campaign. The club have been negotiating a new deal for the frontman but he has yet to sign an extension with the South Londoners.
There is only one change from last week’s win over Accrington Stanley. The suspended Lyle Taylor misses out, with Ben Reeves coming in to what is expected to be a 4-3-3 set-up for the Addicks.
Reeco Hackett-Fairchild and Billy Clarke are both on the bench are not featuring in the squad last weekend.
