Crystal Palace picked up their first win of 2023 after beating Leicester City 2-1 at Selhurst Park on Saturday.
Leicester opened the scoring in the 56th minute through Riccardo Pereira, but Eberechi Eze’s free-kick – which deflected off Daniel Iversen – and Jean-Philippe Mateta gave the Eagles all three points.
This was Roy Hodgson’s first game in charge since replacing Patrick Vieira as Palace boss.
