Picture special from Crystal Palace’s 4-1 defeat at Premier League leaders Arsenal

Crystal Palace suffered a 4-1 defeat at Arsenal with goals from Gabriell Martinelli, Granit Xhaka and a double from Buyako Saka, gave Mikel Arteta’s league leaders all three points.

Palace’s only goal came in the 63rd minute from Jeffrey Schlupp. 

The Eagles were managed by interim boss Paddy McCarthy for the trip to north London.
