Positive team news for Millwall ahead of FA Cup third round tie at Leeds United

Millwall winger Femi Azeez has stepped up his return from injury.

The summer signing from Reading has not been available since coming off with an issue in the FA Cup win over Dagenham & Redbridge.

But Lions boss Alex Neil was able to provide some positive updates when asked about early team news for this weekend’s fourth round tie at Leeds United.

“Femi will train today – and he is in full training now,” said Neil, talking to the South London Press this morning.

“Aidomo (Emakhu) is not far away. He will do part of the session and drop out. Ryan Leonard will be back at the end of March.

“Josh Coburn is back on the grass. He’s taking part in the first part of the session today.

“We have a few bodies coming back. Hutch (Shaun Hutchinson) won’t be far away. I imagine he will start doing a little bit on the grass, but not with the team.”
