QPR extend striker’s contract
QPR have announced that they have extended Sinclair Armstrong’s contract.
The 20-year-old striker made 39 Championship outings last season, picking up six goal contributions.
Armstrong joined from Shamrock Rovers four years ago and has made 64 appearances in all competitions for the west Londoners, along with having loan spells at Torquay United and Aldershot.
He was named Young Player of the Year in his maiden campaign and picked the accolade up again last season.
CEO Christian Nourry said: “Sinclair works incredibly hard and is determined to be the best he can be.
“He has a fantastic attitude and his desire on the pitch is matched by a real humbleness off it.”
