QPR new boy Albert Adomah chasing third promotion to the Premier League

Albert Adomah is targeting a third promotion of his career after sealing a move to his boyhood club QPR.
The Lambeth-born winger, 32, penned a two-year deal with the west Londoners on Monday.
Adomah has previously reached the Premier League with Middlesbrough and Aston Villa.
“I’ve still got ambitions,” said the South Londoner. “If I can get a third promotion it would be a great achievement and that’s my ambition – to play in the Premier League.
“I said to Les [Ferdinand, director of football] if I come to QPR, get promotion and play more than two games in the Premier League that’s a dream come true.
“I’ve played one-and-a-half games in the Premier League. So to play two for the team I support will be something else.”
QPR were interested in Adomah four years ago but could not afford his wages.
“It was heartbreak,” he said. “Then out of nowhere it just happens after leaving Forest.
“My agent rang me and said: ‘Guess what team you’re going to?’. I said Cardiff. He said: ‘It’s a London team’. I said why did you make me guess? I couldn’t believe it. I can’t describe this feeling.
“Imagine being a supporter and your team say: ‘Do you want to play for us?’.
“The gaffer’s building a team of young players and we’ve got a few experienced ones, that helps them coming through. “
