QPR win back-to-back Championship games….but Mick Beale demands more

Mick Beale has urged his QPR players to  deliver again against Swansea tomorrow after they extended their unbeaten Championship run to three matches.

Ilias Chair, Ethan Laird and Chris Willock scored on Tuesday as the R’s defeated Hull City 3-1 at Loftus Road to  follow up an impressive 3-2 victory at Watford last weekend.

Back-to-back three-pointers have moved Rangers into the play-off picture.

“The performance tonight [Tuesday] was no better than the performances against Blackpool and Rotherham, we were just much more decisive in the final third,” said Beale. “It’s a really young group and everyone knows the players we lost in the summer were experienced ones. These two wins will do them the world of good but they need to keep going.

“We didn’t make any changes to the team which was a little bit of a risk physically but they rewarded me in the first 30 minutes.”
