Ryan Sessegnon set for Fulham return after Crystal Palace trial

Fulham have agreed a deal to bring Ryan Sessegnon back to Craven Cottage.

The 24-year-old is set to rejoin as a free agent after his release from Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the summer.

Sessegnon started pre-season with Crystal Palace and featured in games against Sutton, Bournemouth and Charlton.

But Eagles boss Oliver Glasner turned down the chance to sign Sessegnon.

He scored 25 goals in 120 games for Fulham before leaving for Spurs for £25million in 2019 following a campaign that saw him win the Championship Player of the Year as the Cottagers were promoted to the Premier League.

But the versatile left-sided player only turned out 57 times for the north Londoners due to injury problems.

He only featured once for Spurs last season, playing seven minutes in an FA Cup third round win over Burnley.
