Scott Wagstaff: Dons need to keep on feeding in-form Brentford loanee Forss

Scott Wagstaff reckons that Marcus Forss is one of the top finishers he has played with – and says AFC Wimbledon need to keep providing a supply line to the on-loan Brentford striker.
The Finnish U21 international scored a hat-trick against Southend last weekend as the Dons made it back-to-back League One victories.
Wimbledon will look to continue their resurgence under caretaker boss Glyn Hodges at home to Portsmouth on Saturday.
Wagstaff, who captained the Dons in the absence of injured skipper Will Nightingale at Roots Hall, said: “Since he [Forss] has come in he is probably one of the best finishers I’ve seen for a very long time.
“As long as we are putting them in the areas he is taking them. He is a confident young boy. Hopefully he can carry that on.
“We could tell the first day he came in he was a bit special.
“He has worked his socks off at Southend and scored three goals. The work-rate of him and Pigs [Joe Pigott] has helped the whole team. That was why we won the game.
“I think we’ve had that [goals] in our team from day one. We’ve probably had a little more license to let ourselves go and we’re taking our chances with Pigs, the big man up top, and Forss.
“It was probably close to a complete performance [at Southend] other than the goal [conceded] which put us on edge a bit. Before that we were looking comfortable. A little lapse and they were back in the game. We need to eradicate that, because it could be the downfall for us.
“We managed to get another two goals and could’ve got more. I felt we were on top the whole game.
“Pigs was unlucky his goal was disallowed, if that had gone in it would have been one of the best goals we’ve scored for a long time.”
