AFC Wimbledon’s League Two play-off hopes took a huge dent on Saturday after a 3-2 defeat at Swindon.

Joe Lewis gave the Dons the lead after two minutes when he turned home a header from a Lee Brown corner.

A goal in the 51st minute from Aaron Drinan and a brace from Dawson Devoy put Swindon 3-1 up in the second half.

Lewis pulled one back for the Dons and scored his second of the afternoon with two minutes of normal time remaining when he headed Kofi Balmer’s cross past Jack Bycroft.

But Johnnie Jackson’s side dropped down to 10th in the table and are three points off seventh-placed Crawley Town.
