Spurs linked with summer transfer move for Crystal Palace defender
Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly eyeing a summer move for Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi.
The Daily Mail are reporting that Spurs want to sign two new centre-backs in the summer, with England defender Guehi one of the targets for Antonio Conte’s side.
Clement Lenglet’s loan from Barcelona expires in the summer. It is reported that there are also doubts over Davinson Sanchez’s long-term future at The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Palace signed the 22-year-old at the start of last season from west Londoners Chelsea for a fee in the region of £18million.
Graham Potter’s side have a sizeable sell-on clause and a matching option on any bid Palace do receive for Guehi.
The ex-Swansea loanee has made three appearances so far for Gareth Southgate’s England side during his time at Selhurst Park.
Guehi has featured 65 times for the Eagles in all competitions, scoring four goals and registering one assist.
His current deal expires in June 2026.
