Tim Ream ‘happy’ to extend his Fulham career as contract triggers another season

Tim Ream and Neeskens Kebano have had their Fulham stays extended until the summer of 2023.

American centre-back Ream, 34, has made 221 league starts for the Whites since signing from Bolton in August 2015.

Ream has won promotion to the Premier League three times with Fulham and started all 46 of their Championship matches this season.

Winger Kebano has flourished under manager Marco Silva and produced nine goals and seven assists for the title-winners.

Ream said: “This just feels like home and it’s become more of a home over the years. I’m happy that I’m staying.

“To hit those targets [that were in his contract] and have the option be pretty much automatic, it’s nice and a proud moment. I know how much effort the team and myself put into the season. Without that, this probably doesn’t happen.”
