United Visual Artists extends UVA: Synchronicity at the gallery

180 studios Exhibition will have you seeing light, space and sound in a whole new way – and it’s just been extended by popular demand.

Immersive art collective United Visual Artists (UVA) unveiled their largest exhibition, UVA: Synchronicity at the gallery in The Strand on October 12.

Since it opened, crowds of intrigued visitors have flooded the different rooms of this immersive experience.

Now extended until December 30, see the exhibition’s eight, large-scale immersive works that challenge our perception of reality for yourself.

Starting with stuttering generator numbers, follow the arrows around the low-lit rooms through swinging pendulums, LED’s that sound like the jungle and orbs surrounded by smoke machines.

The exhibition deals with topics like information overload, psychoanalysis and the relationship between humans and animals as it experiments with the interplay of light and shadow as well as sound.

UVA is a London-based art practice. Its diverse body of work integrates new technologies with traditional media such as painting, sculpture, performance, and site-specific installation.
