Crystal Palace weigh up deadline day move for Arsenal defender

Crystal Palace could be set for a late move for Arsenal defender Rob Holding before tonight’s 11PM deadline.

The 27-year-old is free to leave North London this transfer window.

Holding joined Arsenal from Bolton in a £2million deal in 2016.

He has made 162 appearances during his time at The Emirates.

The 6ft 2inch former Bury loanee has won two FA Cups and three Community Sheilds with the Gunners.

Holding has 98 Premier League appearances to his name.

Palace defender Chris Richards has had interest from Germany over the course of the window.

Marc Guehi and Joachim Andersen have started every Premier League alongside each other since Roy Hodgson returned to Selhurst Park.
