Dulwich Runners have big turnout for The Big Half
The Big Half saw a stellar turnout of 79 Dulwich Runners, competing in the final event of the club championships. Eight men and two women finished in the top 100, representing a superb performance for the club.
Ed Chuck (68:32, 14th) and Jack Ramm (68:39, 18th) ran well as a team to secure top-20 places and their best-ever performances at the event.
Nick Impey (69:42, 32nd), Aaron Wilson (70:41, 43rd), Ben Howe (71:41, 55th), Joe Hallsworth (71:59, 63rd), Sean Cordon (73:21, 84th) and Andy Bond (73:40, 89th) completed the men’s top 100, with the latter also picking up third in the V45 age category.
In the ladies race, Katie Smith (88:33, 74th) smashed her PB by 10 minutes with Alex McClelland (89:18, 85th) running strongly to finish in the top 100 again.
