Bromley winger makes club-record switch to Premier League side
Bromley have confirmed that Ben Krauhaus has signed for Premier League side Brentford for a club-record undisclosed fee.
The 19-year-old has also returned to Hayes Lane on loan for the rest of the campaign.
He has become the first ever Bromley player to be sold to the Premier League.
Fellow academy graduate Kellen Fisher joined Championship side Norwich in the summer.
Krauhaus has made 28 appearances this season for Andy Woodman’s side and netted five times in the National League.
He has penned a three-and-a-half year deal with the Bees’ B team – with an option for a further 12 months.
B team head coach Neil MacFarlane said: “I am absolutely delighted with his signing.
“Ben is someone who has performed so well for Bromley so far and we cannot wait for him to join us in the summer.
“Ben really suits our style of play; he is really aggressive in his pressing while also being a player who can create and score goals.
“We want to continue that development process for him and I am sure he will fit perfectly into the group.”
