Man charged with murder of drill rapper stabbed to death in Deptford

A man has been charged with the murder of drill rapper Crosslom Davis who was stabbed to death in Deptford in December.

Elijah Morgan, 19, of no fixed abode, was arrested on January 2 and charged on January 5 with murder and possession of an offensive weapon.

The 20-year-old Harlem Spartans rapper, also known as Bis, was from Kennington and at the time of his death England footballer Jadon Sancho paid tribute on social media.

An investigation by homicide detectives from Specialist Crime was launched after police were called at approximately 3am on December 6, 2019 to reports of a stabbing in Bronze Street, Deptford.

Mr Davis was found suffering from stab injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A magistrates’ court appearance for Morgan has yet to be scheduled.
