Man held over indecent exposure and stalking in Putney

A man has been arrested for stalking and a series of indecent exposures following a police appeal.

Officers who were appealing in connection with the offences in Wandsworth – and someone has now been held after a call to police about a man acting suspiciously.

A 39-year-old man from Southwark was arrested in Rayners Road, Putney on Saturday, 17 April.

He was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure, sexual assault and stalking offences.

He was also arrested on two unrelated matters.

He was detained at a west London police station and has since been bailed to a date in mid-May.
